A tuition deposit, equal to that of the monthly tuition charge, is due prior to enrollment.
This deposit serves as a space reservation and commitment to enroll, and shall be refunded at the end of the school year, or credited towards the last month’s tuition; less any outstanding payments or fees still obligated to the preschool.
If the child should withdraw prior to the stated start-up day of the school year; or withdraw during the academic year, a minimum of 31 days written notice must be given to the preschool in order to receive a full refund or credit; less any outstanding fees or monies. Any verbal notice shall not constitute as being acceptable. Otherwise, only a partial refund or credit will be issued if such notice is given outside of what is stated. Determination of the exact amount of a refund or credit will be subject to the sole discretion of the preschool and shall be final.
Educational Materials Fee
A $175.00 educational materials fee is also charged and applied towards the cost of art and educational materials used throughout the school year. This fee is non-refundable and shall be DUE upon notice of your child’s acceptance. Your child will also receive a preschool logo t-shirt that can be worn on field trips only. If the t-shirt is lost, there will be a $12.00 replacement fee, pending our supply on hand.
Due Dates and Late Charges
The parent/guardian agrees to pay the monthly tuition for the session (full, extended, or pate-time) that their child is enrolled in.
The tuition shall be due on the 1st school day of each month, and not payable after the 12th.
Any payments not paid when due shall accrue interest at 18% per annum; or $5 per school day; whichever is greater, from the date the payment is due until it has been paid in full. The parent also agrees to pay the preschool an additional $25 for any check that is returned to us by the bank, due to insufficient funds, account closure, etc. Late charges could be charged accordingly until the check clears. All payments that are received by the preschool shall be applied to the outstanding interest and other charges due, and then to tuition payments accordingly.
Any outstanding charges due to the preschool at the end of the session, and/or not paid by the parent/guardian of the child will be subject to legal collective action after notice is given thereof.
The monthly tuition charge is based on a full school year (summer excluded) and is a prorated annual fee. It is not reduced by the child’s days off due to illness, injury, vacation, or holiday. Once enrolled, the parent/guardian is unconditionally obligated to remit payment.
If there are two (2) occurrences of late tuition payments and/or two (2) occurrences of checks being returned to us due to insufficient funds, the parent/guardian shall be notified in writing that the child faces immediate dismissal from further attendance at the preschool, and any tuition that is due, along with outstanding charges, shall be deducted from the tuition deposit held by the preschool.
Should the tuition deposit be insufficient to cover both the tuition payments and/or charges that are due, the parent/guardian shall be liable for the remaining amount due to the preschool. Any failure to uphold any liability to us, after such notice given thereof, will be subject to legal collective action.
Limited financial aid may be available to applicants that demonstrate financial need. Inquire within the preschool upon the application process.
